For comprehensive booth and vendor info, please email us and we’ll send you all the information you need!
Spaces are 13′ wide by 20 ‘ deep (plus 1 foot traffic path on each side). Tents are permitted but will not be provided. Each space comes with at least one (possibly two, but no guarantees!) 12′ by 3’ tables. Vendors may drive into their spaces to set up and leave a single vehicle in the booth for the day. Additional parking will be provided in a large lot outside of the Grove at no charge.
The booth fee will be $35. Two artists may apply to share a space: both artists are subject to review and there will be an extra booth fee of $5.00. Co-ops may also apply–again, an extra $5.00 will be added to the booth fee. Seasonal rates for all 6 events are available, too–please review your application or contact us for details!
Food vendors and very nice restrooms are located within the Grove grounds.
Vendors should plan to arrive at the venue between 7:30am and 8am, and the CBN market is open for business from 9am-4pm.
Artists wishing to apply may visit our “Want to be a Vendor?” tab for details and a downloadable application. Vendors will be notified within 1 week of their application if they have been accepted. All replies will be sent by the Wednesday before the scheduled event, and booth fees must be paid by that day as well. Once accepted, more detailed instructions regarding payment and booth set up will be provided.
